Here are all my recipes that I consider more baby and toddler friendly. These are recipes that are easy to hold with their little hands, savory and sweet. You will find no refined sugar in these recipes, the sweetness comes from coconut sugar, fruits or honey. If your little one is under 12 months, I recommend to avoid any kind of sweeteners apart of fruits and to avoid adding any salt when preparing food.
